Practic Yoga is now offering Corporate Yoga and Wellness options!

We think it would be great if yoga came to your office.  ...Excited?! Keep reading!

Practic Yoga In-Office Program

Have yoga classes come to you and your employees. Practic Yoga makes this beneficial practice more accessible to staff with convenient lunch time classes, and after work sessions that take place in the office (usually in a conference room). This makes the stress reduction and health promoting qualities of yoga more accessible for everyone.

We will work with you to create the in-office program that is right for your company's staff and budget.

Holistic Wellness Workshop Series

Boost the benefits with these unique, compelling, and fun sessions. Practic Yoga Co-Owner and Certified Health Coach Tazima Davis presents accessible (read bite-sized) wellness content and information that is designed to be immediately actionable with easy, doable, incremental changes.

No matter where employees are starting their wellness journey, these short talks (45 minutes) skillfully navigate health-promoting subjects including healthful food choices, strategies for work-life balance, fitting in fitness, and more.

Practic Yoga Corporate Partner Program

When 6 or more employees from your company register for Practic Yoga 20-class passes or monthly membership programs, all employees receive 10% off their in-studio class packages.

Employees may choose from early morning classes or lunchtime classes.

Corporate discount begins upon the sixth person from your office group purchasing a membership or 20-class pass with Practic Yoga.  This purchase, and all purchases by the "established corporate group" henceforth will be at the applied 10% rate.

Financial impact of a comprehensive multisite workplace health promotion program

"There was a significant negative association between participation and absenteeism; program participants averaged three fewer missed workdays than those who did not participate in any wellness programs. The decrease in absenteeism translated into a cost savings of US$15.60 for every dollar spent on the program"

Impact of worksite wellness intervention on cardiac risk factors and one-year health care costs.

"Of employees categorized as high risk at baseline, 57% were converted to low-risk status. Average employee annual claim costs decreased 48% (p = 0.002) for the 12 months after the intervention, whereas control employees' costs remained unchanged (-16%, p = NS), thus creating a sixfold return on investment."
